	by Al	Great rod, crap reel I LOVE these rods and I buy the combos solely for the rods. Ditch the reel and put on your favorite spinning/triggerspin reel and you've got a wicked combination for trout. The Slab Seeker rods have the same great tip on a trigger handle if you prefer. I give the rod 5 stars and the reel zero stars. In my opinion the rod is well worth the money.
	by Paul	awesome rod I love the action on this rod, you can feel everything that happens on your line, however the reel needs a lot of work. I just put on one of my spare Quantum reels, and now have the best Trout set ever.
	by Wes	not so good I agree with John... the rod has a sensitive tip and is quite nice but the reel leaves alot to be desired. I bought the combo for 22 dollars at a local store so Im gonna just have to say "you get what you pay for".
	by John	Really Sad This combo comes with a pretty neat rod. The reel is the worst that I have seen in a long time.
