	by Les Gregory	Shimano Scimitar Bought the rod from a hardware store with a reel, has been a great combo for me. I have pulled in 31 inch redfish and 3ft blacktip shark and a 35 lb tarpon on this rod, a awesome fight on this rod. It has been very good to me and I have caught alot of nice fish on it. I call it my lucky rod when anyone asks. If you like the fight then this is the pole for you.
	by Dave Herbert	ETM I just bought my fourth scimitar pole; they are light and strong. We fish for bass, pike, walley, and musky in Lake Erie and The Niagara river. The conditions are tough and rewarding. This in-expensive rod preforms as it should it is my favorite.
