Description

 Pinnacle Deadbolt 20C
I have used/have approximately 15 reels in the U/L (5ozs-7ozs)catagory for trouting and this is the best reel yet. Very smooth drag and I like the fat wire bail, large roller bearing and offset handle. I have mine mated up with a 5ft Kencor 1-6lb rated rod and it cannot be beat for slow trolling power bait/power worms behind a float tube in a lake or flipping worms into pockets/behind rocks in Sierra streams. This little oufit already has a 5lb and a 6.5lber Rainbows on 2 lb test line plus a lot of 2-3lb tailwalking Steelies to its credit. Best U/L reel yet.

Well when the reel ariived i was surprised with the size,i expected something a little bigger,dont let the small size fool you this tiny reel is huge in performance,smooth as silk and great drag system,this tiny reel is perfect for all the UL fishing you will do.I'm impressed with its performance,get one and try it you wont be disappointed.

I have many pricey UL R&R'S but this is a real sleeper. Light, Great Drag,very smooth retrieve (feels like my Quantum Energy PTI 10), and super cost effective. You won't find a better UL reel for twice the money. I wish I would have run into this puppy before I spent all that money on the 'premium' reels that I have. Don't get me wrong-I like my expensive stuff but I can't say that they are better. BUY IT..TRUST ME!!

I took the Pinnacle Deadbolt backpacking with my two grandsons(9 and 11). The reel performed perfectly and when the boys' reels snarled I let them use mine. They liked the smooth action as much as I did. The best reel I own now, and also the least expensive!
