Good economical trout rod
I purchased the 7'6" rod for jigging to trout in lakes and streams. I've owned the rod for about a month and I've fished it 3 times, all 3 times I've caught at least one trout and the rod has performed well. One of the outtings I managed to catch a nice 12" chunky rainbow. Playing the trout is fun with this rod. Overall I would give this rod a 7.5 out 10 Pros: 1.The rod itself is of good quality. 2.The construction is good. 3.There are 9 guides plus the tip. 4.The rod is sensitive and light. Cons: 1.The guides could be of better quality. 2.The handle is 12" long. In my opinion, the rear grip which is 6 1/2" could be a bit longer to match the rod length better.
