 Bad rod guides (Chrome-plated )
I have found this is a great rod being I like pistol grip. I own 6 of these rods. The only problem i found with these rods are the Chrome-plated guides. Your string cuts into the guides. If this rod had ceramic guides, it would be one of the best rod I've had. I still use some of the old Speed sticks and they have ceramic guides.. I hope Berkley will spend a little more time and put ceramic guides on this rod. Then it would make this a great fishing rod.
